Paying his respects

In front of Ataturk’s memorial, we watched various groups paying homage to the “Father of modern Turkey.”  Dylan grabbed my hand and asked if I would approach with him.  Together, we walked up to the tomb, Dylan removed his cowboy hat, and held it to his chest.  Very gravely he said, “Thank you, your Majesty, for saving our people.”
