What is left of the spinach-artichoke dip...

In case you can’t tell from the picture this stuff was delicious (and easy to make). Mix together: a thawed box of frozen spinach, a thawed box of frozen artichoke hearts, a generous tablespoon of mayo, a generous tablespoon of sour cream, a block of cream cheese, a half cup or so of parmesan cheese (I used the kind the kids shake onto spaghetti), a handful of mozzarella cheese, a few cloves of chopped garlic, and shake of red pepper flakes. Bake it for around 20 minutes at 400. Ta-Da!!!! Seriously, try it. But maybe wait until there is no one around to share it with.
